Thank you for registrating for the Creative Transitioning Course, the 21 day focus transitioning process from Sunday March 7-March 28, 2010.

To reserve a spot for this course, please fill out this registration form below.  Once you submit this form, you will be given the opportunity to pay for the series' fee securely online using credit card or PayPal account.  A confirmation will be e-mailed to you as soon as possible.

Due to the focus nature of this course, spots are limited and your spot will be secured once payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy:

"should I for any reason cancel up to the Thursday March 4, 2010, I will receive my payment back, less $20.00.  Should I for any reason cancel on or after the Thursday March 4/10 before the series begins, or I am a 'no show', I agree to try to find another participant to take my spot.  Otherwise, I understand that there is no refund."
