I wanted to thank you for a truly spectacular class today. It was  quite captivating and provocative for me. I felt and released a lot  and still feel incredibly relaxed, open and refreshed. Your choices  in music, questions, and themes in the work were wonderful. I've  done a lot of classes for releasing, although never dance which I  love, and none come close to your class. You're a great model too.
I liked it all. The other women in the class were lovely.  Thank you, Caro. I felt very touched by you and your approach. :)
I look forward to attending more of your classes.
-I had a powerful dream image last night! It fit right in with the whole process for me. :)

A daydream is a visionary fantasy experienced while awake, especially one of happy, pleasant thoughts, hopes or ambitions.[1] There are so many different types of daydreaming that there is still no consensus definition amongst psychologists.[1] While daydreams may include fantasies about future scenarios or plans, reminiscences about past experiences, or vivid dream-like images, they are often connected with some type of emotion.

While daydreaming has long been derided as a lazy, non-productive pastime, daydreaming can be constructive in some contexts. There are numerous examples of people in
creative or artistic careers, such as composers, novelists and filmmakers, developing new ideas through daydreaming. Similarly, research scientists, mathematicians and physicists have developed new ideas by daydreaming about their subject areas.   Wikipedia

Daydreaming is classified as a level of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness.  Studies show that you have the tendency to daydream an average of 70-120 minutes a day. It occurs during  waking hours when you let your imagination carry you away. As your mind begins to wander and your level of awareness decreases, you lose yourself in your imagined scenario and fantasy.

Healing Dreams

Healing dreams serve as messages for the dreamer in regards to their health. The Ancient Greeks called these dreams "prodromic". Many dream experts believe that dreams can help in avoiding potential health problems and healing when you are ill or when you are grieving. Research shows that asthma and migraine sufferers have certain types of dreams before an attack. Your bodies are able to communicate to your mind through dreams. The dreams can "tell" you that something is not quite right with your bodies even before any physical symptoms show up. Dreams of this nature may be telling the dreamer that he or she needs to go to the dentist or doctor. If you can understand the language of dreams, your dreams will serve as an invaluable early warning system. They can help inform, advise and heal.

Prophetic Dreams

Prophetic dreams, also referred to as precognitive or psychic dreams, are dreams that seemingly foretell the future.  One rational theory to explain this phenomenon is that your dreaming mind is able to piece together bits of information and observation that you may normally overlook or that you do not seriously consider. In other words, your unconscious mind knows what is coming before you consciously piece together the same information.

I invite you to come, and honour  your Day Dreams and the Healing possibilities.   Last week, we released that which was keeping you from connecting to your soul last with the Goddess Full Moon.  This week,  I invite you to Day Dream into your Day Dreams and see what Healing is begging to be received, through your soul's imagery.
We start this week to explore the Day Dream and the Healing Time that this offers us.

We will relax into our sacred temples and arouse the stirring of our soul through dancing
our Healing Time and our Day Dreams.  We will journey into the sweet territory of silence to
take time to listen to the inherent wisdom, the guidance that is always within.  We will
respond and express our soul's language, allowing our soul's song to come  to life from the unknown.

1. Last Saturday we dreamed ourselves into a process with the unconscious that enable our soul to inspire us to dance into drawing.  There are two delicious drawings with poems posted.  Please post yours too.
