DOWH-Dreaming In the Dark Series begins:

Le Tarot des Desses (de Kris Waldherr)

Caro,  thank you for holding a safe and fecund space in which i could journey, reflect, write, and dance yesterday.  i relished the opportunity to connect, explore, and create with like minded women.  i was enriched by the sense of kinship that i experienced with women, most of whom i had not known before the workshop!

Understanding our dreams enables greater self-awareness, as well as what directions are presently best for us. Caro offers the opportunity to work with our dreams in dance, along with guided visualizations and journaling. Her Dreaming In the Dark DOWH sessions affirm our dreaming selves.  A very rich offering!

On Saturday January 23/ 2010, we will enter the Sacred Night Dream.  We will explore what our psyche wants to tell us about our Dream Incubation.  We will dance our way back to ourselves .  We will then create our own Fairytale based on what has arrived for us on Saturday and based on our calling in the Sacred Night Dream.  In preparation, let your dreams begin to surface.

Come next Saturday with:

*  your Journal.

*  comfortable clothes you can move freely in and won't be distracted by.  We dance in
bare feet.

*  a water bottle to stay hydrated.

*  a yoga mat, blanket or towel to lie on during the opening relaxation segment. (I
highly recommend for comfort sake)

*  a word, sentence, image or symbol from a recent Night Dream.(Suggestion, not
requirement)

*  Also suggested but not required, to bring an intention for the afternoon in the form
of a word, phrase, gesture or sound.

We will continue our sharing after the  class by joining in community for personal reflections at a local tea shop.
